It’s with a heavy heart that I say farewell to Pat. Pat welcomed me into her family with open arms from the moment I met her. We didn’t have the chance to spend a lot of time together but the time we had was special. Through hearing about the funny stories and wonderful memories she made with her family, it feels like I got to know her a lot more.

Pat, you’ll be missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace. X
