Remember your Mom from the Early Shirt Factory Days in the 60"s.She always sent out a tray of Peanut Brittle at Christmas. I got her recipe, and every year I make it and remember her words,When it turns golden color, and the peanuts start to pop, pour thin.Has always worked.

Lynn, I am so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. The one thing I know, is now she is at peace.I hope and pray God will bring you peace also, in knowing she is in a better place.
