Prayers to your family. May you find peace.
Although I don't think I ever met Mr. Delancey but my oldest brother Milton worked with him for many years at Osceola Foods. My brother was called Clarence at work because that was his first name. Milton used to talk about the fun and good times he had working with Mr. Delancey at Foods. He would laugh and tell us funny things that happened at work when they worked together. I know he was one of Milton's favorite people to know and work with. Condolences to family and friends.

Leon was a very good man,
God loving and will be dearly missed.
Alot of us Osceola kids grew up with him being our snow cone man. But, those of us who got to fellowship with him at church, knew him as an amazing, uplifting, inspirational elder in our church. He will forever be missed by many. But, man what a legacy he leaves behind.
Leon was such a Godly man. So sorry for y'all's loss, but Heaven gained a jewel. God bless your family as you remember what a blessing he was to so many.
