Daisy McIntosh, 75, of Cave City, Arkansas died Sunday, August 2, 2015 at White River Medical Center in Batesville.

Born May 9, 1940 in Cave City, she was the daughter of Nellie Tackett.
Daisy was a loving person. She enjoyed gardening vegetables, canning, sewing and quilting. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include three sons, James McIntosh and his wife, Lori, of Silver Creek, Nebraska, Dale McIntosh and his wife, Carrie, and Charles McIntosh, all of Cave City; a daughter, Brenda Rudick and her husband, Calvin, of Cave City; three grandchildren, Jamie Dale Rudick, Murphy McIntosh and Stephanie Leah Milligan and her husband, Trint, all of Cave City; six great-grandchildren, Marcus Zain Rudick, Calvin Jacob Rudick, Zitlalli Benavides, Mackenzie Makay Milligan, Kadence Kasey Milligan and Aubree Addison Milligan.; and a brother, Charles Tackett of Cave City.

She was preceded in death by her mother; husband, Raymond McIntosh; two sons, Johnny Robert McIntosh, and Eddie Andrew McIntosh; and two brothers, Edward Tackett and Clifford Tackett.

Pallbearers will be Calvin Rudick, Trint Milligan, Dale McIntosh, James McIntosh, Jacob Rudick and Marcus Rudick.

Honorary pallbearers are Leonard St. John, George Rudick, Gregory Tharp and Dillian Tharp.

There will be a graveside service at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Maxville Cemetery with George Rudick officiating.

Arrangements are by Roller-Crouch McGee Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at the funeral home.
