Aaron G. McCurley, better known as ''Red'', 72, of North Little Rock, died Friday, June 24, 2016, at Robinson Nursing & Rehab. He was born June 20, 1944 in Crosby, MS to Helen and Frank James McCurley, Sr. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lynn McCurley.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Macie McCurley; two sons: Don Singleton of Dumas, Alvin Dale Singleton of North Little Rock; three sisters: Mildred White of Jackson, MS, Dianne McBeth, Patricia McCurley both of Crosby, MS; one brother, Frank James McCurley, Jr. of Anchorage, AK; and a special dog, Boots.
Funeral Service is Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Roller-Owens Chapel, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, AR 72116, at 10am. Private burial in Edgewood Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior.
The family would like to thank the staff of Robinson Nursing and Rehab, for their love and dedicated work with A. G. through his long battle of Cancer.

I am very sorry to hear of Red's passing. He and I go way back, and we have spent many hours on the road working together over the years in the Sprinkler Industry. Red was a hard-working man and a good friend to me.
