Terry Lee Turille, age 78, of Flippin, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at his home.
Mr. Turille was born January 1, 1939 in Lincoln, Nebraska to the late Pete and Thursa (Martin) Turille. He had been a sporting goods salesman and he was an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. He had lived in the area for the past 9 ½ years, coming here from Techama, Nebraska. Mr. Turille was a United States Army veteran.
Terry is survived by his loving and lifelong partner, Ruth Sheehan of the home; two daughters: Terri Hoffman of Omaha, Nebraska; Denise Layman and her husband, David of Iola , Kansas; one brother Gary Turille and his wife, Leigh; and his sister Sally Tuel and her husband, Paul, all of Omaha, Nebraska; three stepsons: Randy Smith and his wife, Kathy of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Tim Smith of Gassville, Arkansas; Mark Smith of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren: Luke Smith and his wife, Deanna of Collins, Iowa; Amy Shepherd of La Vista, Nebraska; Chelsea Jackson and her husband, Kurt, of Yates Center, Kansas; Hunter Layman of Iola, Kansas; Amber Smith of Omaha, Nebraska; Nick Smith of Des Moines, Iowa; Becky Smith-Scaly and her husband, Floyd, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Turille was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother Larry Turille.
